Endoplaq
Endoplaq
Endoplaq is a food supplement based on omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from highly purified and concentrated fish oil, olive extract standardized in hydroxytyrosol and coenzyme Q10. The formulation is completed by vitamin E, piperine, folic acid and vitamin B12. Endoplaq protects blood lipids from oxidative stress and helps preserve the endothelium maintaining good cardiac function.

Information
EPA and DHA
The polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are essential components of cell membranes and precursors of a class of cellular messengers called eicosanoids, which play a crucial role in regulating many physiological functions. They are essential nutrients for heart health. A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal heart function*.
Olive Polyphenols (Hydroxytyrosol)
Polyphenols include a large group of plant-derived secondary metabolites with various biological activities. Those primarily found in the fruits and leaves of the olive tree are phenolic acids like hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives, including oleuropein. Numerous in vivo and in vitro studies have demonstrated their antioxidant activity, particularly in protecting LDL cholesterol from oxidative damage. It has also been highlighted that olive polyphenols can penetrate cells, with antioxidant effects already observable at very low doses (≥ 5 mg per day). The olive extract in Endoplaq provides 10 mg of hydroxytyrosol per capsule.
Coenzyme Q10
It is an oxidative reduction agent involved in the mitochondrial energy production chain and is essential for optimizing cellular energy production (in the form of adenosine triphosphate – ATP).
Folic Acid
Also known as vitamin B9, it is a fundamental component for numerous biochemical reactions in the body. It acts as a transporter of one-carbon units and contributes to the physiological homeostasis of homocysteine.
Vitamin E
Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress*.
Vitamin B12
It is an essential vitamin for multiple physiological reactions, from red blood cell formation to cell division. It also contributes to the regulation of homocysteine metabolism.
Piperine
Enhances the absorption and bioavailability of nutrients, particularly coenzyme Q10*.
