Omega-3 EPA and DHA
They are essential components of cell membranes and precursors of a class of cellular messengers called eicosanoids, which play a crucial role in regulating numerous physiological functions. DHA is the main omega-3 fatty acid found in retinal photoreceptors and nervous system structures. Functionally, it plays a decisive role in mediating the biochemical processes that allow signal transmission between neurons.
EPA and DHA:

DHA:
